Community Events & Partnerships Manager

Working for a "good company" company

Do you have a knack for organizing and a passion for creating unforgettable events?

Zoku provides a home for business travelers who want to live in a city for between a few days and a few months. We’re a new type of business hotel offering a relaxed place to live, co-work and socialize – while wiring residents into the local scene. Join an international team of driven, proactive and fun-loving Zokus who all have one thing in common: a passion for connecting people across the globe.

We’re also proudly B Corp certified at all four of our locations (Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Paris and Vienna), which means we hold ourselves to high standards when it comes to social and environmental impact, transparency and accountability. At Zoku, you’ll join an international team of driven, proactive and fun-loving people who all share one thing: a passion for connecting people across the globe.

    TELL ME MORE

As our Community Events & Partnerships Manager, you are responsible for the community at Zoku Amsterdam. You are collaborating closely with the other community managers in Copenhagen, Vienna and Paris and will be reporting directly to the General Manager. This role is perfect for a community-driven hospitality professional who’s both strategic and hands-on: someone who can shake hands with a partner at noon, host a community dinner in the evening, and still remember it’s a resident’s birthday the next day.

    WHAT WILL YOU DO?

No two days look the same as a Community Events & Partnerships Manager: one moment you’re welcoming long-stay residents or connecting co-workers over coffee, the next you’re shaping a major event with a local brand partner. From managing our WorkZoku community to curating strategic partnerships, you’ll create the right mix of events and experiences that make Zoku Amsterdam feel like home, and put it firmly on the local map.

Your days vary a lot as a Community Events & Partnerships Manager… but here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:

Brand Partnerships and Event Programming: Build and manage strategic partnerships while curating events with both local and global communities. You’ll coordinate with partners and our marketing team to drive awareness and help sell out our event calendar.

Amsterdam Scene Connector: You’re ahead of the curve on what’s happening in Amsterdam: spotting trends, events, and communities that matter to our audience. You turn online communities into offline connections, curating gatherings across topics from tech and design to AI (and everything in between).

WorkZoku Memberships: Take care of our WorkZoku community (35–40 fixed members + day passes) by managing memberships, onboarding new members, and organizing regular engagement rituals that keep the community thriving.

Long Stay Residents: Welcome and onboard residents staying 2+ weeks, making sure they feel supported, connected, and at home throughout their stay.

Meaningful Connections: Foster an inclusive, informal, and welcoming atmosphere within the Zoku Amsterdam community, ensuring everyone experiences a true sense of belonging.
