Zoku is on the lookout for a Relocation & International Partnership Sales Manager to drive impactful collaborations with global relocation and MICE companies, spreading the word about our innovative home-office hybrid concept.

As our Relocation & International Partnership Sales Manager, you’ll connect Zoku with the world. Reporting directly to our Director of Sales and working closely with local Sales Managers, you’ll identify and secure exciting collaborations with relocation and MICE companies across the globe. These partnerships will bring more relocations, long-term stays, and offsite bookings to Zoku. From sharing updates about our concept to visiting key partners, you’ll ensure they feel like an essential part of our community—and inspired to grow with us.

Ensure relocation and mobility companies recognize Zoku as the go-to solution for their clients, driving more business and helping people feel at home wherever they go.
WORK MEETS PLAY
Zoku isn’t just about where you stay, it’s about where you connect. From multi-day meetings to retreats, our event spaces and Lofts are ideal for meaningful gatherings. As part of your role, you’ll build relationships with global MICE and offsite companies like HelmsBriscoe and Surf Office, positioning Zoku as their go-to destination. By deepening these partnerships, you’ll help companies create memorable experiences at Zoku.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
No two days are alike as a Relocation & International Partnership Sales Manager but here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:
Seal The Deal: Proactively research, reach out to, and close partnerships with global relocation, mobility, and MICE companies in our home cities—Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Paris, and Vienna. From presentations and property tours to finalizing agreements, you’ll make it happen.
Nurture Relationships: Keep our current partners engaged and excited about Zoku. Share updates, uncover new opportunities to grow their business with us, and plan visits or meetings to strengthen ties.
Stay Sharp: Ensure all our information on relocation and MICE platforms—like photos, descriptions, and brochures—is accurate and eye-catching. Keep Salesforce organized with fresh leads and partnership details.
Discover New Opportunities: Represent Zoku at conferences, trade shows, and networking events. Organize familiarization (fam) trips to showcase Zoku’s magic and spark interest from potential partners.

Job requirements
A FEW MUST HAVES
- You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in hospitality or MICE, and a network you’re ready to leverage.
- You are based in or around Amsterdam.
- You’re an EU citizen or have a valid work visa for The Netherlands.
- You have exceptional communication and writing skills.
- You’re fluent in English; knowledge of French, Danish, or German is a plus.
- You love to work, as we’ll need you full-time.
