As a Sidekick (bartender / waiter), you'll be the go-to person, connector and problem solver for our residents. Each day brings new adventures in this role, where you might find yourself showcasing your barista talents at our Kindred Spirits rooftop bar or sharing your favorite dish in our Living Kitchen. You'll thrive on sharing advice, taking care of people, and creating a welcoming environment for our residents – leaving a lasting impression wherever you go.


WHAT WILL YOU DO?
No day looks the same as a F&B Sidekick… but here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:


Master of the Bar: At the bar, you’ll be both a barista as well as a beer master, preparing all drinks and serving people while acting as a social connector among residents, guests and members.


Bring people together with food: You are a social connector at our Living Kitchen restaurant by welcoming and serving any guest during breakfast, lunch or dinner, while working closely together with our kitchen team.

A FEW MUST HAVES

  • You have worked in hospitality or in a similar customer-facing industry.
  • You are fluent in French and are able to have a conversation in English, any other languages are a big plus!
  • You are an EU resident or have a valid working and living permit to work in France.
  • You are fully flexible, as there are no fixed working days / hours.
