HR Business Partner
Working for a "good company" company
Do you thrive in a dynamic, international setting and have solid experience with Dutch labor law? Zoku is looking for a HR business partner to join us and help elevate our People & Culture department to the next level.
Zoku provides a home for business travellers who want to live in a city for between a few days and a few months. We’re a new type of hotel offering a relaxed place to live, co-work and socialize – while wiring residents into the local scene. Join an international team of driven, proactive and fun-loving Zokus who all have one thing in common: a passion for connecting people across the globe.

TELL ME MORE
As our HR Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in shaping the daily employee experience. Together with the P&C Intern, you’ll manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to development and offboarding for the Support Office (+/- 40 Zokus). Alongside the day-to-day operations, you'll also contribute to strategic projects and support our leaders in building an empowering culture. This role calls for strong communication skills and ideally experience in guiding and supporting a small international P&C team.
Working from our Support Office in Amsterdam, you'll report to our People & Culture Manager and collaborate closely with our P&C Coordinators in other Zoku locations, offering daily support and guidance.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
No day looks the same… but here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:
Rock the entire employee lifecycle: Together with our P&C intern you will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle for our Zokus in the Support Office. You provide expert advice and ensure compliance with Dutch labor law. Next to this, you'll ensure our Zokus get paid on time and enjoy the benefits they deserve.
Collaborator: You guide and support our P&C coordinators (in Copenhagen, Paris, Vienna & Amsterdam) and advise our leaders in the support office on people topics. Through your advice and coaching, you help the coordinators to sharpen their skills and to execute our people strategy.
Participate in projects: You will lead and participate in several international P&C projects focused on different topics such as efficiency, learning & development, and talent acquisition. You are super well organized and make sure that all stakeholders' needs are met.
HR enthusiast: You breathe People and Culture. You just love this business and make sure that you stay informed on the latest trends and are up-to-date with the most recent regulations.
