Working for a "good company" company
Are you a handy person who loves to organize the Maintenance and gets a kick out of fixing (tricky) things?
Zoku provides a home for business travelers who want to live in a city for between a few days and a few months. We’re a new type of business hotel offering a relaxed place to live, co-work and socialize – while wiring residents into the local scene. Join an international team of driven, proactive and fun-loving Zokus who all have one thing in common: a passion for connecting people across the globe.

TELL ME MORE
As our Maintenance you'll be responsible for the smooth-running of our entire building (its resources and the building itself). You'll handle all internal repairs and carry out preventative maintenance yourself.
You coordinate repairs in more specialized areas with external parties, by managing the entire process from contracting, requesting, reviewing quotes and following up on the process. You will closely work together with our Duty Manager team and report to the General Manager.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
No day looks the same as Maintenance… but here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:
Be a smooth operator: You're very hands-on and actively keep control over the maintenance plan to ensure that our building is in its best shape and update it in relation with the building owner and cost. Additionally, you coordinate maintenance tasks executed by external parties by assigning tasks, giving instructions and auditing work on quality and progress.
Love to troubleshoot: You'll act as the troubleshooter in case of issues arising throughout your day, this can range from executing common repairs, installing equipment and hardware, sanitary facilities, lightning, door mechanics, paintwork, and more.
Administration hero: In our Building Management System and Maintenance program, you'll record and manage all repairs. Finally, you monitor equipment / supplies and request purchasing orders if necessary.
