TELL ME MORE

During your  Sidekick (meeting/events) Internship (starting in August 2025), you'll be the operational go-to person, mediator and problem solver for all meeting & events while helping facilitate the guest experience at Zoku Copenhagen along with the other Sidekicks.

You'll be responsible operating all M&E activities, helping to create unforgettable experiences while gaining hands-on insight into daily operations. From setup to service and all the way to wrap-up, you’ll be the go-to person for events of all sizes – whether it’s an intimate meeting or a large-scale gathering with lots of moving parts. You’ll work closely with the Kitchen and Sidekick teams to bring food and beverage orders to life, helping deliver orders straight from the restaurant to the meeting spaces. At the heart of it, you simply love hosting a great event!

But your role goes beyond events. As a true Sidekick, you’ll also jump in to support daily hotel operations—from welcoming residents at check-in, to brewing coffee behind the bar, or serving up smiles (and meals) in our Living Kitchen. No day is ever the same—and that’s exactly how you like it.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

No day looks the same as a
Sidekick Intern (meeting/events)… but here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:

Creating memorable meetings: Embrace your inner event host by setting up our meeting rooms, styling the meeting and event spaces, and ensure a flawless experience.

Be the host: You'll show off your inner barista, beer tapping skills and make sure that our meeting & events guests needs are met during their time with us. After events, you'll provide feedback to the Meeting & Events specialist to help improve our offers and processes.

Food, drinks, and good vibes: Whether you're behind the bar or out on the floor, you'll serve up delicious dishes and drinks in our Living Kitchen and during meetings and events. From crafting coffees and cocktails to delivering orders with a smile, you’ll help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere from breakfast through dinner.

A friendly first impression: You’ll be the warm welcome at the door—checking in and out residents with ease, while also greeting meeting and event guests, guiding them to the right spaces, and giving clear, helpful explanations to make them feel right at home. All done with a big smile, of course!
