WHAT IS A (Night) SIDEKICK?
At Zoku, we call our hospitality all-rounders “Sidekicks”. You can think of this role as a Guest Experience Host: someone who combines reception, restaurant, bar, and guest services into one dynamic hospitality role. You’re the friendly face welcoming guests at check in, the person recommending your favorite local spots, the bartender making someone’s evening, and the host creating a warm atmosphere in our rooftop.
No two nights are the same and that’s exactly why people love this role.
WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO
A friendly first impression: Be the first point of contact for anyone walking through our doors at night. This means providing a warm smile, assisting them with checking in and out and helping them with any request during the night.
Be a smooth operator: Join the late handover with the Duty Manager to acquire all guest information and provide a clear handover to the team in the morning. Additionally, you'll be responsible for the security during the night and are the point of contact in case of an emergency.
Master of the bar: Help prepare & serve drinks at the end of the night while acting as a social connector for our night owl residents, guests and members. You'll also tidy up our bar and Social Spaces in preparation for the next day.
Kitchen right hand: In the morning, set up our breakfast buffet and assist the kitchen team in getting the most important meal of the day ready for our residents.
YOUR SCHEDULE
You'll will be trained in all areas so that you can welcome and serve guests with confidence, Your shifts will be fairly regular but since hospitality never stands still the days you will be working might change.
Night Shift - 23:00 to 7:30

A FEW MUST HAVES
You have worked in hospitality or a similar customer-facing industry before and have night experience.
You are fluent in English, any other languages are a big plus!
You are an EU resident or have a valid work- and residence permit for Vienna.
You are fully flexible, as the work days can vary.
You are available for 32 hours.
