Operations Manager

Working for a "good company" company

Looking for an Operations Manager role where you can genuinely make your mark? As a key member of our leadership team, you'll balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, empowering teams, improving the guest experience, and driving operational excellence across the house.

What makes this role unique? Your impact. At Zoku, decisions are made close to the operation, ideas are welcomed, and leaders are trusted to take ownership. As a growing company, you'll have the opportunity to shape how we work, develop your leadership skills, and influence decisions that directly impact both the business and the people around you.

Zoku provides a home for business travellers who want to live in a city for between a few days and a few months. We’re a new type of business hotel offering a relaxed place to live, co-work and socialize – while wiring residents into the local scene. Join an international team of driven, proactive and fun-loving Zokus who all have one thing in common: a passion for connecting people across the globe.

TELL ME MORE

As our Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for the smooth running of Zoku Copenhagen's day-to-day operations while safeguarding the unique Zoku guest experience. You'll lead our Front of House operation, including Front Office, F&B Services and Co-working, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the warm and welcoming atmosphere we're known for.

Forget everything you know about a traditional hotel reception. At Zoku, you'll oversee our vibrant social spaces, including the Kindred Spirits bar, Living Kitchen restaurant, co-working areas, and rooftop terrace. Together with your teams, you'll create memorable experiences for our guests while continuously looking for opportunities to improve operational excellence.

Beyond Front of House, you'll act as a key connector across the business. Working closely with our Maintenance, Housekeeping, People & Culture, Kitchen, Meeting & Events and Support Office teams, you'll ensure seamless collaboration and help keep all moving parts aligned.

Of course, you won't be doing this alone. You'll lead and develop a team of Duty Managers and Sidekicks, providing coaching, support and guidance while helping them grow both professionally and personally.

As a valued member of the Management Team, you'll work closely with and report directly to the General Manager. Together, you'll drive performance, lead operational improvements and ensure Zoku Copenhagen continues to be a place where both guests and colleagues feel at home.
