As the Partnerships & Corporate Sales Manager at Zoku Amsterdam, you’ll take the lead in growing our B2B presence in the city and beyond. You’ll be responsible for driving occupancy across our Lofts (accommodation) and rooftop Meeting & Event Spaces, while building impactful, long-term relationships with like-minded companies and partners. 


You’ll work closely with our Director of Sales, the General Manager of Zoku Amsterdam, and our Meeting & Events Specialist to align commercial goals, optimize sales performance, and deliver exceptional partner experiences. 

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

No day looks the same… but here’s a glimpse of what you can expect: 


Corporate Sales & Partnerships 

  • Manage and grow your own corporate portfolio of clients; think creative industries, tech scale-ups, relocation companies, and global corporates. 

  • Proactively generate new leads and close both long- and short-stay Loft bookings. 

  • Convert prospects into loyal partners through tailored pitches, engaging tours, and customized proposals. 

  • Collaborate on brand partnerships and co-create meaningful activations, events, or community moments. 

  • Represent Zoku Amsterdam at networking events, trade shows, and webinars. 

Meeting & Event Sales 

  • Position our rooftop Meeting & Event Spaces as the go-to for team retreats, brainstorms, and multi-day workations. 

  • Work with companies looking to experience the Future of Work by combining hospitality with productivity. 

  • Tailor event and meeting solutions that align with client needs; ensuring memorable, high-quality experiences. 

Sales Operations & Strategy 

  • Maintain and optimize your sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM. 

  • Prepare performance reports and forecasts to share insights with the broader commercial team. 

  • Organize client events, site inspections, and VIP experiences to deepen partner relationships. 

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and tap into your network to identify new sales opportunities.

A FEW MUST HAVES

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in a B2B sales, partnerships, or commercial hospitality role. 

  • A strong network in the Amsterdam market, particularly in corporate travel, MICE, or relocation industries (a big plus!). 

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). 

  • EU resident or valid working and residence permit for the Netherlands. 

  • Available full-time (40 hours per week).
