TELL ME MORE

During your Internship (starting February 2025) you will assist our People & Culture coordinator in all processes along the whole employee circle and will be responsible for your own HR projects within the hotel. You will help to create an inspiring and engaging working environment, that makes a difference in the hospitality industry and support the management team in all people processes. You will be reporting to the People & Culture Coordinator in Zoku Copenhagen.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As a versatile People & Culture Intern no day looks the same… but here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:

Make others feel at home: You will be the first point of contact for new Zokus, by helping them through pre-boarding, officially onboard and adapt to life at Zoku. You will also manage all the back-end administration of on- and onboarding like an administrative pro.

Embrace your inner Shakespeare: Contributing to our HR communications, you will help our People & Culture team write internal announcements and respond to any candidate in the talent email inbox.

Be an interview guru: You can put your recruitment skills to the test by helping to interview our future Zoku’s. You’ll be trained and mentored by our People & Culture team and will represent Zoku at job fairs.

Plan legendary team outings:
You always love a good party. Thought the calendar year, you will help organize team events and celebration moments for our Zokus in Copenhagen.

Keep the Zoku wheels turning:
You’ll be the backstage hero, ensuring our Zokus get paid on time and enjoy the benefits they deserve. From processing payroll to guiding employees through their benefits options, you’ll make sure our team is supported in all the right ways.
