People & Culture Lead

Working for a "good company" company

Do you love both hands-on people work and strategic impact in a fast-moving, international environment?

Then you might be the P&C Lead we’re looking for.

Zoku is a home for travelers who want to live in a city for anywhere from a few days to a few months. We’re not your typical hotel: we offer a relaxed place to stay, work and meet new people, while helping guests feel connected to the local scene. Our fresh take on hospitality has been recognized around the world with plenty of press attention and design awards.

We’re also proudly B Corp certified at all four of our locations (Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Paris and Vienna), which means we hold ourselves to high standards when it comes to social and environmental impact, transparency and accountability. At Zoku, you’ll join an international team of driven, proactive and fun-loving people who all share one thing: a passion for connecting people across the globe.

    TELL ME MORE

As our People & Culture Lead, you are a key driver of the employee experience at Zoku. You combine operational excellence, people leadership, and strategic thinking to ensure our P&C foundations are strong, scalable, and people first.

Working from the Support Office, you’ll directly lead the P&C Intern at the Support Office and the P&C Coordinator at Zoku Amsterdam. They are both responsible for the full employee life cycle of their location of combined +/- 75 employees. Next to this, you are the senior sparring partner, supporting the full P&C team including the L&D Lead with daily operations, complex cases, and prioritisation, while also helping them grow.

Beyond the day-to-day, you’ll lead several international P&C projects and support our leaders in creating an empowering, inclusive, and high-performing culture.

You’ll be based at our Support Office in Amsterdam, reporting to the People & Culture Manager and collaborating closely with the L&D Lead and the P&C Coordinators across all Zoku locations.
