Do you get excited by finding opportunities where others only see numbers? Do you enjoy turning data into smart commercial decisions that drive real business impact? Then keep reading!

Zoku provides a home for business travelers who want to live in a city for between a few days and a few months. We're a new type of hotel offering a relaxed place to live, co-work and socialize across Europe. Join an international team of driven, proactive and fun-loving Zokus who all have one thing in common: a passion for connecting people across the globe.

TELL ME MORE

As our Senior Revenue Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the commercial success of Zoku's European portfolio. You'll be responsible for maximising revenue and profitability through smart pricing, forecasting, distribution and commercial decision-making.

Working across four unique properties, you'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Meetings & Events and Operations to influence commercial strategy, identify growth opportunities and ensure we're making the best commercial decisions for the business.

Revenue Management at Zoku goes far beyond rooms. You'll evaluate group business, optimise distribution and channel performance, support meeting & event pricing and help maximise the commercial value of our flexible spaces by balancing occupancy, profitability and revenue per square meter.

Given Zoku's entrepreneurial culture, we're looking for someone who naturally takes ownership, spots opportunities before others do and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo. One day you might be reviewing market trends and forecasting demand, the next you're evaluating a major group opportunity, optimising channel strategy or helping shape the next evolution of Revenue Management at Zoku.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

No two days look the same as a Senior Revenue Manager... but here's a glimpse of what you can expect:

Own Revenue Strategy: Develop pricing, inventory and distribution strategies that maximise revenue, profitability and overall commercial performance across our portfolio.

Lead Forecasting & Commercial Planning: Prepare forecasts, monitor booking pace and identify commercial risks and opportunities to support business decisions.

Optimise Distribution: Monitor channel performance, acquisition costs and distribution efficiency to maximise profitability, grow direct business and ensure the right business mix across all channels.

Own Group Strategy: Review group quotations and provide commercial recommendations that balance profitability, displacement and long-term business value.

Maximise Meeting & Event Performance: Partner with the Meetings & Events team to optimise pricing, space utilisation and revenue per square meter across our event spaces.

Transform Data into Commercial Decisions: Analyse market trends, competitor activity and commercial performance, translating insights into clear actions and recommendations.

Influence Commercial Performance: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Meetings & Events and Operations to align commercial strategies and maximise total revenue.

Shape the Future of Revenue Management: Drive innovation, smarter ways of working and continuous improvements across commercial processes, reporting and systems.
