As the SEO & Content Marketing Lead at Zoku, you will manage and execute the development of content marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive lead generation.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
No day looks the same… but here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:
Content Strategy: Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop and execute content strategies across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and SEO performance.
Internal Content Management: Oversee the written content creation, editing, and publication internationally for both short-form and long-form content (e.g. newsletters, blogs, landing pages, LinkedIn posts, reports, printed collateral) to maintain a strong and consistent brand voice across all touch points.
External OTA Content Management: Manage and optimize content on external online travel agency (OTA) channels like Booking.com to ensure consistent brand messaging and maximize visibility and conversion rates.
SEO Optimization: Drive content optimization efforts, ensuring all website content is SEO-optimized, driving organic traffic, and improving search engine rankings.
Email Campaigns: Develop, execute, and oversee all email campaigns, including monthly property-level newsletters, group-level offers, and other promotional email communications. Ensure email campaigns are optimized for deliverability, open rates, and engagement by utilizing best practices in design, conversion, and segmentation.
Brand Voice & Guidelines Enforcement: Maintain and evolve Zoku's brand voice and ensure it's consistently applied across all content and platforms.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with regional Community Managers, Sales Managers, and Meeting & Event Specialists across all properties to create localized content that resonates with each culture and local target audience.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Regularly review and optimize content marketing efforts, utilizing tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Revinate (email marketing tool) to track key metrics, adjust strategies, and meet KPIs.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, conduct market research, and analyze competitor strategies to inform content planning and identify new content opportunities.

Job requirements
WE LOVE PEOPLE WHO HAVE...
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field, with 3-5 years of proven experience in content marketing, SEO, or similar roles.
An expertise in written content creation, with a keen eye for writing and editing, working closely with graphic designers, as well as familiarity with SEO best practices.
Proficiency in content management systems (e.g. WordPress), email marketing tools, and SEO tools (e.g. Semrush). Familiarity with Google Analytics and content optimization techniques is a must.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is capable of collaborating across departments to achieve marketing goals.
A FEW MUST HAVES
You have experience developing SEO-driven content strategies that improve search visibility and customer engagement.
You have a proven track record in content creation, editing, and distribution for various platforms.
You have the ability to measure and report on content performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
You are fluent in English, other languages are a plus
You have the ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines.
