Working for a "good company" company

Do you get a buzz from helping people, serving delicious food, and crafting amazing drinks all while being part of a fantastic team? Then keep reading!

Zoku is a home for business travelers who want to live in a city for anywhere from a few days to a few months. We’re not your typical business hotel: we offer a relaxed place to stay, work and meet new people, while helping residents feel connected to the local scene. Our fresh take on hospitality has been recognized around the world with plenty of press attention and design awards.

We’re also proudly B Corp certified at all four of our locations (Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Paris and Vienna), which means we hold ourselves to high standards when it comes to social and environmental impact, transparency and accountability. At Zoku, you’ll join an international team of driven, proactive and fun-loving people who all share one thing: a passion for connecting people across the globe.

    TELL ME MORE

As a Sidekick Meetings, Events and F&B you will become the operational all-rounder of Zoku, you'll be the go-to person and problem solver for our beloved guests (or as we like to call them, residents).

    WHAT WILL YOU DO?
No day looks the same as a Sidekick… but here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:

Master of the bar: Channel your inner mixologist as you switch between being a barista and a beer master, crafting delicious drinks and sparking lively conversations.

Bring people together with food: Become the ultimate food matchmaker by serving up mouth-watering meals and refreshing drinks in our Living Kitchen restaurant, whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Set the stage for events: Prepare meeting rooms and event spaces according to specifications and floor plans. Ensure equipment, buffets, bars, and AV setups are spotless and perfectly arranged, with signage, place cards, and any special requests in place.

Deliver smooth service: Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth, serve food and drinks (whether plated, buffet, or passed service), keep glasses and plates refreshed, and respond quickly to any needs that pop up.

Keep it safe and clean: Follow all hygiene and safety standards to ensure an enjoyable and secure experience for everyone.

Team up: Stay in sync with the kitchen and event coordinators to keep service running smoothly — and jump in to support the bar or restaurant whenever is needed.
