Our fresh take on hospitality has been recognized around the world with plenty of press attention and design awards.
We’re also proudly B Corp certified at all four of our locations (Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Paris and Vienna), which means we hold ourselves to high standards when it comes to social and environmental impact, transparency and accountability. At Zoku, you’ll join an international team of driven, proactive and fun-loving people who all share one thing: a passion for connecting people across the globe.

TELL ME MORE
As our Steward, you’re the backbone of our Living Kitchen. You’ll make sure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes by keeping the kitchen (both front and back of house) spotless, organized, and in line with HACCP regulations. You’ll handle all dishwashing, deep cleaning, and incoming deliveries — ensuring that our chefs can shine and our guests always enjoy a clean and welcoming environment.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Keep things shiny: You'll follow the deep cleaning schedule, ensuring that our Living Kitchen looks spotless at all times.
Delivery and waste hero: You'll be responsible for handling incoming deliveries of goods from suppliers, making sure everything is stored properly, and ensure correct waste separation to keep operations running smoothly and sustainable.
Be the right hand: You'll lend a hand to the chefs with prepping, cutting and cooking for all of our different services, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner during busy moments.
Live the brand: You’ll uphold Zoku’s Brand Service Standards in the Living Kitchen, ensuring every area — visible or behind the scenes — reflects our values of quality, care, and community.
WHAT MAKES OUR KITCHEN UNIQUE?
You can connect with both guests and other Zokus. While keeping things running smoothly, you’ll get to chat with guests and work closely with the Zoku team.
You'll get to know the entire team. You'll be in close contact with our front of house and the entire Zoku team.
You'll work in a open kitchen that cares. We focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients and sustainable operations that make both our dishes and our planet a little happier.
WHEN YOU'LL BE ON
You’ll work independently, with both morning and afternoon/evening shifts. Your responsibilities and hours may vary, and your flexibility will shine!
