As a Reservations & Communications Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Reservations Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our department. Your main responsibilities will include leading and motivating the reservations team, maintaining effective communication with our four international properties, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.


You will serve as the first point of contact for our residents and work from our Support Office in Amsterdam, reporting directly to the Reservations Manager.

No day looks the same as a Reservations & Communications Supervisor… but here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:


Guest Communication Guru: Be the superhero of guest communication, handling phone, email, and chat interactions like a pro.


Reservation Whiz: Show off your expertise in reservation procedures while maintaining our awesome brand standards.


Reservation Tracking: Keep a sharp eye on daily reservations, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.


Team Captain: Alongside the Reservations Manager, lead and inspire the Reservations Team, managing schedules, tasks, and training like a true champion.

A FEW MUST HAVES

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a reservations department or similar role.

  • Proficiency in using PMS, GDS, OTA's, and other reservations systems.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as German, French, Danish, or Dutch are a plus.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience.

  • You love to work, as we’ll need you full-time.

  • You are an EU resident or have a working and living permit valid in the Netherlands.
