    As a Reservations Coordinator you are the primary point of contact for our future residents, creating unforgettable Zoku experiences before they even arrive. You’ll handle all communication via phone and email from our Support Office in Amsterdam, ensuring every guest feels supported and excited to stay with us.


    You’ll engage with fascinating residents, partners, and bookers across all Zoku locations and play a key role in driving sales by converting inquiries into bookings. Get ready to build a loyal fanbase that will be forever devoted to Zoku, ensuring they'll never want to book or stay anywhere else in the city.


    You will work from our Support Office in Amsterdam and will report to our Reservations Manager.

    WHAT WILL YOU DO?

    No day looks the same as a Reservations Coordinator… but here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:

    Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Provide top-notch service via phone and email to help future residents find their perfect stay and answer all pre-arrival questions.

    Financial Administration Expertise: Handle financial responsibilities like a pro! Manage invoices, payments, and generate reports for reservations and revenue optimization, maximizing sales and revenue.

    Effective Communication and Coaching: Become the voice of our online booking channels and forge strong relationships with our corporate bookers, all while guiding our Reservations interns and collaboration with our Sales Managers. 

    Boost bookings and build loyalty: Spot opportunities, upsell stays, and turn every inquiry into a Zoku fan, ensuring that Zoku is always their first choice when booking accommodation.

    • Have experience with OTA's & PMS Systems. 

    A FEW MUST HAVES

    • You have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in hotel reservations/ reception or a service-oriented role.

    • You are fluent in English; other languages, such as French, German and Dutch, are a big plus.

    • You are an EU resident or have a valid working and living permit for the Netherlands.

    • You are fully flexible / no fixed working days/hours.

    • You are available full-time
