Hotel Allrounder (bar, service, check-in all in one role)

Hospitality All-Rounder – Bartender, F&B Host & Front Desk (aka 'Sidekick') | Zoku Paris

Hospitality job in Paris. One role, many hats. No two days alike.

Love good coffee, great drinks and even better conversation? Want a hotel job where no day feels the same? Keep reading.

Most hotel jobs put you in one spot. At Zoku, you’ll be everywhere that matters.

From welcoming guests and sharing local tips to serving great food, making coffee, and mixing cocktails, you’ll help create the experience people remember long after they’ve checked out. If variety is your thing and making people feel genuinely at home comes naturally to you, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

At Zoku, we’re not your typical hotel. We’re a community-driven space where people can live, work, socialize, and connect with the city around them. We believe hospitality should feel personal, human, and effortless and that starts with the people on our team. That’s where you come in!

WHAT IS A SIDEKICK?

At Zoku, we call our hospitality all-rounders “Sidekicks”. You can think of this role as a Guest Experience Host: someone who combines reception, restaurant, bar, and guest services into one dynamic hospitality role. You’re the friendly face welcoming guests at check in, the person recommending your favorite local spots, the bartender making someone’s evening, and the host creating a warm atmosphere in our rooftop Living Kitchen restaurant.

No two days are the same and that’s exactly why people love this role.

WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO

Behind the bar. Pull espressos in the morning, pour craft beer in the afternoon, shake cocktails at night. We'll teach you the recipes, you bring the chat.

In the restaurant. Serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and bites in our Living Kitchen and on our rooftop terraces with great views over the city. Guide guests to the right wine, the right small plate, the right table.

At the front desk. Welcome arriving guests, handle check-ins & check-outs, and answer the inevitable "where's the best restaurants in Paris ?" with the kind of tips only a local would know.

YOUR SCHEDULE

You'll start in one department and grow into working independently across all of them. Because hospitality never stands still, flexibility is part of the role. You’ll work a mix of morning, mid, and evening shifts.

• Morning Shift – 07:00 to 15:18

• Evening Shift - 15:00 to 23:18

Times are indications. Both full time and part time opportunities are available.
